Finally received this pendant and the ceramic socket feels wonderfully substantial, not cheap at all. The warm glow it casts is exactly what my reading nook needed.

I was a little nervous ordering lighting online, but the hand cast ceramic socket gives it such a unique, artisanal feel that photos didn't fully capture. It hangs beautifully in my dining nook and the clean, minimal look instantly elevated the whole space.

The hand cast ceramic socket has this subtle unevenness that makes it feel genuinely made by a person, not a machine. I put it in the corner of my bedroom and the light it throws is softer than my old fixture. Took ten minutes to install, too.
