白橡木 - 油

The oil finish brings out a beautiful warmth in the wood, and the sample piece I received had a lovely tight grain pattern. It matches the Hood family photos perfectly, so I'm confident ordering the full fixture now.

I was curious how the grain would look in person, and the subtle variation across the surface is exactly what I hoped for from a natural wood piece. It matches the photos perfectly.

The oil finish gives it a warmth that photos just can't capture, and the grain on mine runs in a really pretty pattern. Nice that it ships on a set day each week, made it easy to know when to expect it.
