Installed this on a coastal railing project and the pre-weathered finish held up exactly as expected through the first salty winter. The matte sealer gives it a nice, understated look that doesn't scream "new" like untreated steel.

The matte sealer really tones down the rust look, making it more of a subtle finish than I expected. I’m using it for an outdoor planter box, and so far it’s holding up well without any flaking.

I live two blocks from the ocean and expected the finish to keep shifting, but the pre-weathered oxidation has stayed exactly the tone I wanted. The matte sealer keeps it from rubbing off on my hands, which was my main worry.
