The sandblasted texture catches light in a way that makes it look almost milky at the edges, which is exactly what I hoped for from the photos. Shipping was quick too, since it went out on Wednesday like the listing said.

The frosted finish on this borosilicate diffuses light way better than the clear version I had before, no harsh hotspots at all. The sandblasting feels even and smooth, not gritty like some cheap etched glass. Just wish it came in the finish kit instead of having to order it on its own.
