I really appreciate the soft matte feel of the polyurethane topcoat—it’s smoother than most finishes I’ve touched. The soy-based coating gives it a subtle, natural look that still shows off the oak grain nicely.

The matte polyurethane finish feels smooth without looking plastic, and the soy base is a nice touch. The white oak grain is more visible than the photos suggested, which I actually prefer. Held it next to my cabinets and the tone matches perfectly.
